Feel just like royalty with our Kente Royalty patch, designed by Anita Nicole Brown!
Kente cloth is a hand-woven cloth originally made by the Asante people in Ghana. It is characterized by patterns and specific colors, all which have a special meaning:
Red represents passion, bloodshed, and death.
Purple represents femininity and healing.
Green represents planting and growth.
Gold represents royalty and wealth.
Black represents maturity and strength.
Blue represents peace and harmony.
White represents purity and healing.
Featuring our Pod cut-out!
This patch has held the whole time ocean water the heat and sweating it has stayed put love them!!!
Me and my granddaughter absolutely love these patches for our Dexcom's and her Ominpod. Awesome patches!!!
I've always felt isolated or not included in the Type One Diabetic community since everything always seemed to rotate around those NOT of color. So being approached to create these skins was such a blessing to me and I LOVE wearing them and showing the beauty that exists by just being a Black woman!
My daughter uses the dexcom and omnipod tapes. It's fun for us to pick out matching tapes so she can have fun with all the hardware she has on her arm.
This tape was so festive for the holidays! Bold and vivid colors. Really really loved it!
