Route Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is automatically added to your cart at checkout. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit to you, Route will replace your order at no additional cost to you.
What if my shipment gets lost?
On occasion, shipments may get lost in transit. We encourage you to purchase Route shipping insurance with your order. This will automatically be added to your cart.
If you have purchased Route and your order has not been delivered within 3 days of the estimated delivery, you may file a claim with Route. You will need to enter your email address associated with the order, and the Route Order ID. You can find instructions for locating your ID here. If you run into any issues, please email us at email@example.com and we’d be happy to file a claim on your behalf.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, please refer to the tracking number. If you are unable to locate your order status, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
You may return your products within 30 days. After 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, in the same condition they were send and it must be in the original packaging.
Sale items are not refundable, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you received damaged items.
Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
