Shipping & Returns


  • Items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Minneapolis, MN
  • Free Shipping for domestic orders over $40.00
  • Your order will be processed within 1 business day
  • We ship both domestically and internationally  (see policies below)
  • Our items will be delivered in either a bright orange envelope or a bubble envelope depending on the size of the order.  All orders are shipped First Class via The United States Post Office (USPS)


Domestic (within the U.S.)

  • Usually ships within 3-7 days via USPS. Please allow for delays as we do not have control over the post office.
  • Tracking for domestic and international orders and will update you through the arrival at your local post office. Please note: tracking does not include the time between your local post office and delivery to your mailbox. 


International (outside the U.S.)

  • International shipping is dependent on the weight of your order and the country that it is being shipped to. 
  • Usually ships within 7-21 days. Please allow for delays as we do not have control over the post office.

Order Processing

  • We process and send out orders within 1 business day.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive a confirmation email with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

Navidium Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is automatically added to your cart at checkout. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit to you, Navidium will replace your order at no additional cost to you.


What if my shipment gets lost?

On occasion, shipments may get lost in transit. We encourage you to purchase Navidium shipping insurance with your order. This will automatically be added to your cart. 

If you have purchased Navidum and your order has not been delivered within 3 days of the estimated delivery, you may file a claim by contacting us at Please provide us with the email address you used to place your order and the order number. 


How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, please refer to the tracking number. If you are unable to locate your order status, reach out to for assistance.



You may return your products within 30 days.  After 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, in the same condition they were send and it must be in the original packaging.

Sale items are not refundable, only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please email Customer Service at hello@expressionmed to initiate your return.  We will need your order# and copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.

Customer Service will assist you with this. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
