Is it easy to apply on my own and get a secure fit?

It depends on where you’re applying the tape. For hard-to-reach spots, we recommend using a mirror or asking someone to help. When applying, peel the backing gradually - section by section - and press down each part before moving on. Once the first section is secure, the rest becomes much easier.
Is it easy (and painless) to remove without harming my skin or sensor?

Do not remove the tape before your sensor’s wear time ends, as it may pull off the device. Proper removal is painless: lift an edge and stretch outward, like a Command Strip. For easiest removal, do it after a shower and use a softening agent (oil or adhesive remover). See our full instructions and skin care guide for more tips.
Is it gentle on the skin? Will it cause any irritation or allergic reaction?

Our tapes are hypoallergenic and gentle on most skin types. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend testing a sample strip first. Fewer than 0.1% of users may react to acrylates (the adhesive). Most irritation comes from improper removal or overuse of alcohol. Check our care instructions for tips, and our team can help you order a sample if needed.
Can I count on the tape to last the full 10-14 days without fraying and peeling?

Are the tapes skin friendly, hypoallergenic, and latex free?

Yes, our tapes are hypoallergenic and do not use natural tree saps, resins or rubbers. Beyond that they underwent cytotoxicity and skin sensitivity testing to ensure that are biocompatible and safe enough to be used as underpatches. 
What’s the purpose of the hole in the middle?

Is there an option that fully covers the sensor?We offer tapes that have a hole in the center and are designed to hug your sensor (Perfect Fit tapes), and tapes that do not have a hole and fully cover the sensor for added protection and security (Overpatches).Both options help keep your device in place - it's just a matter of what kind of coverage you prefer.
Will the tape stay on through sweat, showers or a few days of wearing it?

Yes, our tapes are waterproof, sweatproof and designed to stay on for 10+ days of workouts, showers, and sleep. For best results, apply to clean, dry skin and avoid water for a few hours after application.
What’s included in each pack, and how many tapes will I get?

Single Tape: One individual tape. Do not use if you have problematic hypoglycemia.
Failure to use Stelo and its components according to the instructions for use provided and to properly consider all indications, contraindications, warnings, and cautions in those instructions for use may result in you missing a severe hypoglycemia (low blood glucose) or hyperglycemia (high blood glucose) occurrence.
If your sensor readings are not consistent with your symptoms, a blood glucose meter may be an option as needed and consult your healthcare provider.
Seek medical advice and attention when appropriate, including before making any medication adjustments and/or for any medical emergency.

2) INDICATIONS FOR USE:

The Stelo Glucose Biosensor System is an over-the-counter (OTC) integrated Continuous Glucose Monitor (iCGM) intended to continuously measure, record, analyze, and display glucose values in people 18 years and older not on insulin.

The Stelo Glucose Biosensor System helps to detect normal (euglycemic) and low or high (dysglycemic) glucose levels.
The Stelo Glucose Biosensor System may also help the user better understand how lifestyle and behavior modification, including diet and exercise, impact glucose excursion.
The user is not intended to take medical action based on the device output without consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

3) CONTRAINDICATIONS: No MRI/CT/diathermy – MR unsafe.

4) WARNINGS:

Choking hazard.
Don’t use if you have problematic hypoglycemia.
Don’t use if you are on dialysis.
Don’t ignore low/high symptoms: When your sensor readings are not consistent with your symptoms, consult your health care provider.
